JYJ’s Kim JaeJoong Shows His High Popularity

a voting conducted in Taiwan's entertainment magazine, Pop, the 50 most
popular idols from countries like South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China
and America have been identified. In this voting done, JaeJoong has
been identified as the most popular idol singer in South Korea.

JaeJoong,
who made a debut as a member of TVXQ, with his current JYJ activities
with Xiah JunSu and Park YooChun, was shown to have a high popularity in
South Korea, China, Japan and the United States. The album "The
Beginning" which was released on the 14th of October 2010 as JYJ's debut
album has sold 520, 000 copies since then and was ranked 5th by the
U.S. video ad readers this year. His outstanding performance in the
Japanese television drama "Hard To Say I Love You" (Sunao ni Narenakute
素直になれなくて) also received a lot of attention from the audience. The Hong
Kong agency which JYJ are currently under together with Andy Lau and Yao

This
popularity voting confirms JaeJoong as the most popular idol singer in
South Korea while on the other hand, it also shows HanKyung who debuted
as a member of Super Junior to be the most popular idol in China.
